I'm Tracy Trujillo, founder of CiCis Pet Parlor & Academy of Grooming- a place where passion, skill, and heart come together. What began as a deep love for animals has grown into a trusted grooming salon and hands-on academy dedicated to doing things the right way.
At CiCis, we believe grooming is more than a service- it's a craft. Whether we're caring for a beloved family pet or training the next generation of professional groomers, our focus is always the same: safety, quality, confidence and compassion. Every pet is treated like our own, and every student is supported, encouraged and prepared for real-world success.

How it all started
My journey into grooming didn't begin with a business plan- it began with a genuine love for animals and a desire to do better by them. With over 25 years of hands-on grooming experience, I've seen just how much trust pet owners place in their groomers, and I've always believed that trust should be earned through patience, skill and compassion.
Over the years, I came to understand that grooming is both an art and a responsibility. It takes time, technique, and heart. I also noticed a gap in how groomers were being trained- too often without real-world preparation or confidence. That realization sparked the vision for CiCis Pet Parlor & Academy of Grooming.
I didn't just want to open another grooming salon. I wanted to build a place where pets receive exceptional care and where aspiring groomers learn the craft the right way- through hands-on training, high standards, and real support. What started as a passion has grown into a trusted parlor and academy built on experience, integrity and a deep respect for both pets and people.
Today, CiCis reflects everything I stand for: treating pets like family, training groomers with confidence and leading with honesty after 25 years in the industry. I'm proud of how far we've come and even more excited about what's ahead.
